Take a few hours to switch off and make something beautiful and sustainable to be proud of.
In this half day basketry workshop we’ll use rush, harvested from English rivers, to make an intricate woven plant pot. Guided by Katie, from Twinefolk basketry, you’ll learn and experiment with traditional techniques such as pairing and waleing as well as how to prepare and work with the plants.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and all materials and tools are provided.
Attendees receive:
- The whole session will be fuelled by bottomless tea/coffee and biscuits.
