Goldrick Botanical Facial Steam

The combination of steam with botanicals will cleanse the skin, remove impurities, hydrate and promote circulation, aid in skin renewal and calm the nervous system.

How it works:

Place a small handful of petals in a basin and cover with boiling water. Drape a towel over your head and place your face near the bowl being careful not to touch the bowl or water as it will be very hot. Allow the towel to cover the bowl to trap the steam. Steam your face for 5-10 minutes. Always steam with a clean face. Apply moisturiser afterwards. Please compost petals or scatter them around your garden.

Facial steams are a beautiful thing as they’re simple, affordable and effective. All you need, is a selection of fresh or dried herbs, hot water, a bowl and a towel.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Rose Petals, Lavender Buds, Calendula Petals

German Chamomile: soothing, promotes healing of skin, chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to mankind

Calendula: anti-inflammatory, soothing, promotes healing of skin 

Lavender: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, cooling, soothes skin 

Rose: toning, cooling, helps moisten the skin, reduces appearance of skin imperfections

Optional: You can add a few drops of essentials oils to your hot water.
