Delivery and Returns

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Our delivery prices are calculated using Royal Mail's online price finder, which can be found here - https://www.royalmail.com/price-finder

We are currently posting orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from our local post office. 

Orders in the UK over £60 qualify for free delivery. These orders will be delivered using Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class. Delivery time is 3-4 days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®

(Delivered Mon-Sat next day before 1pm) (0 - 1kg £8.85) (1kg - 2kg £11.65)

We deliver all over the world. If you are having any issues at the checkout please contact us and we'll get that sorted for you. 

Prices are calculated by weight in order to get you the cheapest delivery option available. You will see the delivery costs at the checkout before ordering.

More Delivery Info - 

  • At Radical Living we believe in better, so all of our orders are dispatched using eco friendly packaging materials.
  • If your parcel is of much heavier weight, we may contact you separately to amend the delivery charge.
  • Deliveries outside the EU occasionally require additional duty fees, which you’ll need to cover when you receive your items.
  • Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Returns -

Please note that due to our wonderful teachers coming far and wide, along with materials and other pre-workshop costs, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for workshop tickets.

We hope you will love your purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning it, and send it back in an unused, perfect and saleable condition, with the original product packaging.

Your right to a full refund may be affected if the returned products are not to standard.

We will refund you when we have received the item.

Return post is at the customer’s cost.

Please note you are responsible for goods until we receive them and we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
