Ingredients: All organic infusion of Nettle leaf, Urtica dioica, Dandelion leaf ,Taraxacum officinalis, Red clover blossom, Trifolium pratense.
How to use: Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes strain and enjoy.
Please note: *Dandelion leaf should not be taken in an excessive amount if there is gastritis, ulcer or gallbladder congestion. Red Clover should not be taken in pregnancy or in an excessive amount with hormone medications.
